Welcome to AyasDev! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of my services, including website design, development, branding, and related offerings. By engaging with my services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using my services.

1. Definitions

• “I,” “Me,” “My”, “Our” refers to Ayas Uddin, the owner and service provider at AyasDev.
• “Client,” “You,” “Your” refers to any individual or business engaging with my services.
• “Services” include website design, development, branding, graphic design, and maintenance.

2. Scope of Services

A. Web Design & Development

• I provide custom WordPress design and development based on agreed-upon specifications.
• All projects require client collaboration, including content submission, approvals, and timely feedback.

B. Branding & Graphic Design

• Design concepts are shared based on client requirements, with a set number of revisions as per the agreed package.
• Final designs are delivered in appropriate formats after client approval.

C. Maintenance & Support

• Maintenance includes website updates, security patches, and troubleshooting as per the chosen package.
• Clients are responsible for keeping backups if they manage their own hosting.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in full or as per the agreed milestone plan before work begins.
• I accept payments via secure payment gateways (PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.).
• If payments are delayed beyond 7 days of invoicing, work may be paused.
• No final project files, website access, or deliverables will be handed over until full payment is received.

4. Revisions & Approvals

• Each service includes a set number of revisions, clearly mentioned in the agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Once the client approves a design or website stage, further changes will be chargeable.
• I am not responsible for post-approval modifications made by third parties.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are only issued based on my Refund Policy.
• If a project is canceled after work has started, only a partial refund (if eligible) will be processed.
• No refunds are provided for completed and delivered work.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights over the final website or design.
• I retain the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Clients cannot resell or redistribute my work without explicit permission.

7. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide all content, images, and necessary information within the agreed timeframe.
• If there are delays in content submission, project timelines will be affected, and additional charges may apply.
• The client is responsible for reviewing and approving work before finalization.

8. Limitation of Liability

• I strive for high-quality work, but I am not liable for:
  • Technical failures beyond my control (e.g., hosting issues, third-party plugins).
  • Loss of data due to client mismanagement.
  • Unforeseen circumstances such as cyber-attacks or website downtime.

9. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the service with 7 days’ written notice.
• Work done up to the termination point will be billed accordingly.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (if serving US clients) or Pakistan (for local clients).
• Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the matter may proceed to legal arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

• I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
