1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds depend on the progress of your project:

A. Web Design & Development

• Before Work Begins: 100% refund if you cancel before I start the project.
• Initial Stage (Wireframing/Basic Design): 50% refund if canceled after initial concepts are shared.
• After Approval & Development Begins: No refund, as significant time and resources are invested.
• Final Delivery: Once the website is completed and handed over, no refunds will be issued.

B. Branding & Graphic Design

• Before Work Begins: Full refund if canceled before any design work starts.
• Initial Design Phase: 50% refund if canceled after the first concepts.
• After Final Files Are Delivered: No refunds, as the service is fully provided.

C. E-commerce & Custom Website Projects

• Due to the complexity of eCommerce and custom-built websites, refunds are not offered once development begins.

D. Website Maintenance & Support

• Monthly plans: No refunds once the service period begins.
• Annual plans: Partial refund if canceled within the first 14 days.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after work has started.
• Delays caused by the client, such as not providing content or approvals.
• Custom work or coding that has already been implemented.
• If the final product meets the agreed-upon requirements but does not match personal preferences.

3. Refund Request Process

• A clear reason for the refund request
• Any supporting documentation

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

4. Dispute Resolution
